EPA, USDA Encourage Use of Market-based and Other Collaborative Approaches to Address Excess Nutrients
Yesterday the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) released a joint letter to state environmental and agricultural agencies actively voicing support for collaborative, market-based approaches to reduce nutrient overloading and improve waterways.
