About the Solution:
The composition of biogas varies widely, but typically includes methane, carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide (H2S), water vapor, and oxygen. Hydrogen sulfide and oxygen create corrosion and safety hazards to infrastructure, including natural gas pipelines. To sell biogas as renewable natural gas (RNG), it must be purified to meet pipeline specifications by removing water, H2S and oxygen.
EcoVapor’s Sulfur Sentinel is the "solid" and simple solution for H2S treatment to protect equipment and piping and deliver biomethane at pipeline specifications.
Sulfur Sentinel is an all-in-one solution for cost-effectively treating biogas contaminated with H2S. It uses a simple but highly effective dry iron-based scavenger to safely remove hydrogen sulfide from the gas stream. This eliminates the complex equipment and scale inhibitors needed when using liquid chemicals. The spent iron-based media is easily and safely vacuumed from the vessel and disposed of in a local landfill without any special permits.

NOTE: There are several technology types that are used as part of an integrated manure management system that includes an anaerobic digester and are not applicable to manure management in other cases.
