About the Solution:

EnviTec Biogas utilizes a complete mix co-digestion system and has the capability to handle various feedstocks including but not limited to: dairy manure, milk waste, soiled feed and food waste. The digester system is composed of three individual components (CHP, flare and pressure guard). These items function to handle biogas quantities and pressure thus maintaining the integrity of the system. EnviTec USA digesters have a runtime capacity factor above 90%.

EnviTec Biogas USA, Inc. is a subsidiary of EnviTec Biogas located in Germany.  EnviTec Biogas USA uses the same refined design developed over time by the parent company that has resulted in over 450 projects in 14 countries of which 91 are owned and operated by EnviTech. Currently EnviTec Biogas USA is focusing on project in New York and the Northeast with two flagship projects operating since 2013 and two more that will be on-line producing electricity in early 2017.  The operating projects have had capacity factors that are over 90% since commissioning.  EnviTec Biogas USA is focusing on providing the best overall complete manure treatment system for the dairy farmer and offers a pre-digestion mixing unit to chop and blend any long stem organic matter available for co-digestion; co-digestion of manure, food wastes, and crop inputs is their stated speciality.
