Technology Description:

Screw Press Separators

This equipment is fit for solid-liquid separation for agriculture, industry and sewage systems.

The liquid fraction can be used as a fertilizer and for irrigation.  The solid fraction can be used for cattle bedding and more.

The use of screw press separators is also recommended as a pre-treatment in nitrogen-reducing plants.  

WHY SEPARATE?

  • Separating solids from liquid is the first step in any waste treatment process.
  • Dairy Farms can recycle manure solids into bedding.
  • Separated solids can be composted or reused in other areas.
  • When you separate, the liquid becomes easy to mix and pump.
