Their staff will be on-hand to assist you with your project, providing a full follow-up service to ensure smooth running of your installations for as long as they are in use.

PRODEVAL is ISO 9001 certified. This certificate shows that the quality management system meets all the strict requirements and applies to modular gas systems for CNG distribution.

Technology Description:

As it leaves the digester, raw Biogas is saturated with water and must be dried before it can be used. PRODEVAL therefore cools the Biogas to 5°C in the VALOGAZ unit, which separates and eliminates the liquid fraction contained in the Biogas.

The unit is dimensioned in a way that allows cooling the maximum flow rate of gas in even the toughest conditions. For this, PRODEVAL employs the use of smooth, 316L stainless steel tubes, alongside with two chillers to handle any variations in temperature. The gas is then moved onto the next stage, VALOPACK, via the blower.

VALOGAZ Advantages:

  • Raw gas is cooled to 5°C
  • Smooth tubes enable the maximum flow rate of gas to be cooled
  • Two chillers to handle any variations in temperature
  • Blower moves the gas on to the next stage (activated carbon filtration)
