About the Solution:

Baird takes a multi-faceted approach to the renewable energy space, utilizing several Baird teams to maximize their financing capabilities for the renewable energy sector. The Public Finance banking team members generate ideas and structures renewable energy transactions to balance the needs of clients, helping to determine the terms and parameters that investors will accept. Baird’s Fixed Income Sales and Trading team is responsible for pricing renewable energy bonds transactions, finding investors for and placing renewable energy bonds, and supporting liquidity in the secondary market. Baird’s Institutional Equities and Research teams follow companies in the sustainable energy and mobility sector, while the firm’s Global Corporate Access team arranges company investor connections with sector participants. Finally, Baird Asset Management actively researches and invests in renewable energy fixed income financings and their portfolio managers understand and appreciate the unique stories of the renewable energy sector, thus providing additional and unique “investor perspective” that most other investment banks don’t have. The combined expertise of these teams allows Baird to provide RNG clients with the most comprehensive services.
